Falcon is honored to celebrate our Business Development Manager, Charles Wilkins, for being named a recipient of the 2026 Governor’s Award for Volunteer Service.

Since 2018, Charles has served as a Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle (RMH) and is an active member of the Red Shoe Crew.

Charles founded the Capital City Shootout in 2017 with a vision to support RMH. Over the years, the fundraiser has become one of the organization’s signature events, raising nearly $1 million and helping provide more than 8,000 nights of comfort and care for families with sick children.

This recognition reflects not only Charles’ dedication to service, but also the lasting difference one person can make in the lives of so many. We are proud to have Charles on our team, and grateful for the impact he continues to make in our community. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
