    Luke Jones recently joined Falcon’s Geotechnical Luke Jones recently joined Falcon’s Geotechnical Department. Luke is a recent graduate of the NC State Geology program. His prior work experience includes GIS and geologic mapping work for the NC DEQ, and stints in the NC Museum of Natural Sciences Paleontology Laboratory (a Falcon project!) as well as the NCSU Marine, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences Department Laboratory. Along with this experience, Luke has brought an enthusiastic work ethic and positive demeanor to our team. Welcome Luke!

After 33 years of exceptional service leading Falcon Engineering, Owner and President Margaret Robertson has retired. With this transition, Jeremy Hamm, PE will now lead the company, assuming the role of President and Director of Engineering.     We are excited to welcome Cameron Hardin to the te We are excited to welcome Cameron Hardin to the team! Cameron joins Falcon as a Construction Inspector with 8 years of experience in steel and NDT inspections. In the short time Cameron has been with Falcon, he has obtained his ACI Field Concrete Testing Technician Level I and worked on several unique steel inspection projects, including a leak investigation at Duke University and pipe weld inspections in Kings Bluff, NC. Cameron previously worked at HMT Tank in Danville, VA and brings excellent NDT experience to Falcon. He is also working toward obtaining his CWI soon.

    Welcome to the team, Yassir! Yassir Abdelwahab, MS Welcome to the team, Yassir! Yassir Abdelwahab, MSI joins our Construction Services Department as Assistant Project Manager. Yassir comes to Falcon with 19 years’ experience in the construction industry including international project experience and graduate level research in civil engineering. His work has included design and submittal reviews, field Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing, and Project Management including project budgeting, progress tracking and billing, and proposal writing.
    Falcon participated in the ACEC NC PAC Sporting Cl Falcon participated in the ACEC NC PAC Sporting Clay Fundraiser held on April 18th. Our Team - Charles Wilkins with Falcon, Michael Dare with Robbins & Morton, and Todd Ireland, CET with Kimley-Horn - came in 1st place! To top it off, Mike won 2nd place individual shooter, and Charles won 1st place individual shooter. An all-around great day supporting ACEC PAC!

Drew comes to Falcon with over 2 years of experience in the industry, specializing in pre-cast concrete construction. He arrived at Falcon with his ACI/NCDOT Concrete Field Technician certification in hand and quickly gained his ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector and ICC Masonry Special Inspector certifications in the short time he has been here.

    Welcome to the team, Tyler! Tyler joined Falcon as Welcome to the team, Tyler! Tyler joined Falcon as an Engineering Technician with five years of experience in soils & concrete testing. In the short amount of time Tyler has been with Falcon he has obtained his ICC – Soils certification and is working toward obtaining his ICC – Reinforced Concrete certification. With previous experience working in the AEC industry, Tyler already holds his ACI/NCDOT – Concrete Field Testing certification and Nuclear Gauge certification. This year we were pleased to present the award to Dana Goodnight. Dana often flies under the radar - spending much of his time in the field - doing his job humbly day-in and day-out.
