Falcon was in attendance for the Topping Out Ceremony of the Mist Lake Facility Expansion for the City of Durham.

Falcon provided separate preliminary and final geotechnical subsurface investigations during design, and is currently providing materials testing and special inspections during construction. The project primarily consists of the complete demolition of the existing water management facilities, regrading of the building pad and surrounding parking areas, and construction of all new, much larger state-of-the-art facilities. Also included in the project is construction of a new entrance road connecting to Camden Avenue. This road necessitated a 90 foot long, single-span bridge structure for which Falcon provided driven pile foundation  recommendations and geotechnical analysis of projected scour conditions.
