Each year we present the Soaring Falcon Award to an employee who goes above and beyond in their role. This year we were pleased to present the award to Justin Sondgeroth. Justin has played a pivotal role in our ongoing work at RDU Airport, serving as the Lead Technician and helping to manage the field team.

As one of his colleagues said, “Justin is the definition of glue for our team at RDU. He is the person who will push you to be better in everyday life as well as your career. It is truly a pleasure to work alongside him.”
