Professional bio
Christopher Burkhardt is Falcon’s Environmental expert – an avid outdoorsman who takes pride in his professional contributions and reducing the risk of contamination and other environmental impacts to natural resources. Christopher approaches his role with a positive attitude and an ethical commitment to resource conservation. He is diligent in keeping attuned to the latest environmental regulatory requirements that are pertinent to the success of our projects and our Clients’ needs. Christopher is also a Certified Professional Wetlands Scientist, which encourages professional standards in all activities related to wetland science.
With over 20 years of experience, Christopher has a broad range of experience in the realm of environmental services. These services include: federal, state, and local NEPA/SEPA environmental assessments; stream/wetland delineations, jurisdictional determinations, and permitting; threatened and endangered species surveys; due diligence services (Phase I and II ESA’s); UST/AST remediation and other soil and groundwater assessments; site characterization; hazardous materials testing; and asbestos, mold, and lead-based paint inspections).
