The Convocation Center includes offices, weight rooms, locker rooms, practice facilities, conference rooms, and a gymnasium. Falcon provided geotechnical engineering services during design, which included standard penetration test borings, site-specific seismic study, and a comprehensive report with recommendations for site preparation, general construction, and foundation design. Falcon also provided materials testing and special inspections during construction. This included earthwork inspections, foundation evaluations, compaction testing, asphalt paving, reinforced concrete testing, structural steel testing, structural masonry testing, and spray-application of fire-resistant materials testing.
