Jodi’s role at Falcon: Project Administrator
What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?
A hot glue gun! My fellow crafters will understand.
Where is your favorite place to be?
With my husband – he is my home.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
A therapist – I very much enjoy listening to people’s life experiences and sharing lessons from my own. I feel it would be a very fulfilling career.
Favorite movie and why.
Dirty Dancing because “Nobody puts Baby in a corner.”
What do you enjoy most about working at Falcon?
I appreciate the work-life balance at Falcon. Working a full-time job requires a bit of finagling when it comes to other priorities. My boss trusts me to produce quality work whether I am in the office or working from home – the flexibility is invaluable.
“Jodi has served in her role as Project Administrator at Falcon for several years now. In this role, Jodi interacts with all levels of Falcon staff and many of Falcon’s clients and project teammates on nearly a daily basis. I often directly observe and/or get feedback from the people Jodi interacts with, describing the positive impact she has on their jobs or projects, and describing her helpful and pleasant nature. Jodi’s job at Falcon is very regimented, detailed and time/accuracy sensitive. However, she always makes time to still give “special attention” to some of the details that many of us engineer types tend to overlook. Jodi’s unique personality and work-style helps to make Falcon the special place we all love!” – Chris Norville, PE, Vice President
