A member of Falcon's leadership team served as owner's representative for the development of the award-winning Indoor Tennis Facility that includes multiple tennis courts, locker rooms, offices, and conference rooms. The tennis court floors are constructed of mondo tennflex surface that are highly sensitive to changes in mix ratios. To meet NCAA standards special care was taken to assure appropriate ball speed as a result of an accurate "Mondo mix."
