Falcon provided roof consulting services to the Brier Creek Medical Office Building, which utilized a firestone single ply TPO roof system internally drained with walk pads strategically located to protect the integrity of the roof. Falcon's roof observers assisted the project team in assuring the roof was installed in compliance with the contract documents and would provide the serviceable life desired. Additionally, Falcon provided code consulting on elements related to the mechanical equipment attached to the roof structure.
