Project Description
At four-stories tall, this new residence hall features single and double occupancy dorm rooms with private sleeping quarters, three full-size kitchens with appliances, laundry facilities, study space and lounging areas. At capacity, the building can accommodate 150 students. Falcon provided a Geotechnical Subsurface Investigation for the project as well as materials testing and inspections during construction.
