Falcon's staff includes Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists, Engineering Interns, ICC-Certified Inspectors, NICET Technicians, Lab Managers, and more.  This group of diverse men and women possesses expertise in a variety of design and construction applications including, but not limited to, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Roof Engineering, Special Inspections, Third Party Inspections, Metallurgy, Laboratory Testing, and Construction Management.  Our staff includes several members who are active in assisting our state and local jurisdictions with the creation of guidelines, new regulations, and best practice manuals.

Guiding this talented staff is Falcon’s leadership team, composed of individuals who have demonstrated many years of successful service to design and construction projects both public and private.  Our Materials Testing Manager has 30 years of experience as a Professional Geologist and in the evaluation of the suitability of all types of materials for construction. Falcon's Environmental Manager has extensive experience in leading construction, industrial and natural projects through the required environmental processes to successful completion. The environmental staff has a combined experience of over 35 years working with the EPA and DENR.  Our Special Inspections and Agency CM Manager is Falcon's Quality Assurance leader. He is responsible for ensuring that all design, testing, and inspections coalesce into a seamless process.  He has performed successfully in this role for many years and on some of the largest and most complex projects in the state.  Each of Falcon's leaders brings extensive industry experience and complementary expertise to support a vast array of services for your project.
